Most agents work their territory from a list. Names, phone numbers, maybe a city column. The list does not tell you which neighborhoods are dense and which are empty, which clusters carry strong signal and which are noise, or which zip codes are worth a Tuesday-afternoon drive and which are not.
So the day gets planned in the wrong order. The producer drives across town for one appointment, doubles back for another, misses three high-quality prospects two blocks from the first stop, and ends the day with five visits when the same drive could have been ten. Geography is information. Lists throw it away.

A signal-weighted view layers in fit score, renewal proximity, and exposure intensity — so a dense zip with weak prospects doesn’t look the same as a dense zip with strong ones. Density is helpful; signal-weighted density is decisive.
